As an independently-owned eatery and coffee roaster, we are committed to providing great coffee at peak freshness. That’s why we roast our coffee right here in the cafe every week. We use an “old school” Turkish drum roaster and work in small batches to ensure that we are making great, fresh coffee that reflects the unique flavors inherent in each variety of coffee bean. All of our coffees are purchased through transparent, quality-driven, and passionate specialty coffee importers from around the globe.

We feature baked goods and pastries, also made fresh in house, that perfectly pair with a cup of coffee or espresso drink. And if you’re looking for something more substantial, we offer an extensive assortment of sandwiches perfect for breakfast or lunch.
